Drink at least 2 liters of water per day
Water is best to get rid of toxins in our body. If you can have a bottle of water everywhere you go will be great. Toxins create fertile conditions in your skin that makes it perfect for acne development. So make sure you drink plenty of water and drain those toxins out of your body.
As you might have noticed, it is impossible to get rid of acne overnight. But if you take care of it daily you will notice amazing changes really fast. To make the results more appealing to yourself, you can take a photo before you start taking care of your acne.
